Our client, Exclusive 5 star International Chains Resort hotel located in MAURITIUS is seeking the following position:

ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER

General Requirements:
• english/french would be advisable
• fidelio opera, vision is a must
• family status - single, married without kids oreferred but not a must
• good administration skills
• previous RDM experience would be desirable, but it could be as well
as strog FOM, ready for his first RDM position

• excellent grooming
• all rounder - the candidate has gained experiences in other departments as well
• good knowledge of yield/revenue management
• basic knowledge of sales & marketing, as well as contracting
• ability to lead a small, but very strong team, classic set up of
the department, comprising of front office, housekeeping, concierge,
drivers, security, reservations, CRM department
• hands on and confident on the floor
