HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - LOWONGAN KERJA

The Group has three businesses - Engineering & Production Facilities, Well Support, and Gas Turbine Services - providing a range of engineering, production support, maintenance management and industrial gas turbine overhaul and repair services to the oil & gas, and power generation industries worldwide.

We currently are looking for highly qualified candidate to fill-in position as:

HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER



REPORTING LINE:

This position reports to the President Director of PT Wood Group Indonesia.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Planning, directing, and coordinating all activities in the
Human Resources and Administration Department.
· Developing objectives, strategies, plans, policies, and
programs in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment,
training and development, compensation and benefits,
expatriate formalities, personnel policy and records
administration, and employee and labor relation.
· Ensuring that daily operational activities related to Human
Resources and Administration are following the company &
government regulation, and respect business conduct procedure & policy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


Technical Knowledge and Experience
· Minimum of Bachelor Degree form Psychology or Human
Resources Management.
· 5-10 years of Senior Position / Managerial Level in HR &
Administration function.
· Well experienced and had a proven excellent career track in
Human Resources and Administration area (Recruitment,
Training, Organizational Development, Performance Management,
Industrial and employee relation, General Affairs/admin, and
formalities expatriate).
· Fluent in English and had an exceptional skills in
written communication.
· Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, electronic
mail, data base systems is required and experience in developing
and maintaining a computerized Human Resources Information System
is an asset;

· Self starter , taking action to achieve target goals beyond what

· Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines successfully

· Brings clarity and decisiveness when dealing with
immediate environmental pressures and difficulties.
· Good Leadership skill which inspire and guide the sub-ordinate and
other employee.
· Good problem-solving skills and able to handle
internal/external conflict effectively.
· Good organization skill, high attention on detail and on
administrative tasks.
