Specific Requirements:
1 Familiar with Documentum software, understand the technical spec
2 Must be able to plan, organize and prioritize work as will be providing administration services
3 Previous experience working as a Secretary or Personal Assistant for Manager
4 Preferred has technical background and familiar with ERP system (such as Movex)
5 Capable in Autocad 2002 and understand CAD System
6 Experience 3/5 yrs in Construction project and Civil background is preferred
7 Accounting/related background, familiar with cost control software

9 Understand Indonesian regulation on Safety and understand working at hight standard
10 Understand Server System, networking & cabling and support client
11 3/5 yrs relevant scheduling experience and knowledge of Primavera Software P3

General Requirement :
- Has working experience in similar project will be an advantage
- English Communication is a must
- Has a good work pace and driver for result orientation
- Able to build a good team work
- Willing to base in Cilegon
