COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT MANAGER

One of the biggest Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Foods & Beverages) company is looking for several potential candidates to fill the “COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT MANAGER” position with the following requirements

1. S1 graduates from reputable university, holds a bachelor of economy or pshychology.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in handling Compensation and Benefit, preferably in a consumer goods industry
3. Male/Female, 29-35 years old
4. Fluency in English and computer literate is a must
5. Fast worker and dynamic, possessing a good leadership and integrity.
