* Education: D3 Perhotelan/Pariwisata (Cake & Pastry)
* Experience: min 4 years as a head of pastry chef or similar
* Dynamic, systematic, detail oriented, proven leader
* Speaks and wirtes English
* Proven ability to maintain high level of output
* Experience in food quality and kitchen operations
