Officer Development Program (ODP)

The ODP is designed to shape high potential candidates to become our champion Financial Lease Marketing Officers. Selected candidates will join our comprehensive six-month Officer Development Program To be trained in all financial lease aspects.

General qualifications:
* S1 or S2 graduate from reputable universities (fresh graduate or having 1-2 years of meaningful work experience) minimum GPA 2.75 (out of 4.00)
* Maximum age 28 years old
* Computer literate
* Dynaminc personality, achievement driven
* Previous involvement in organizational activities will be positively regarded
* Enjoy active collaboration with diverse group of people
* Willing and ready to be assigned in our branches throughout Indonesia
