“TRAINING SUPERVISOR”
Requirement:
* Male/Female, max. 30 years old
* S1 degree all major from reputable university
* Experience min. 2 - 3 years in training & development
* Familiar with MS-Office, internet & other design program
* Good writing & speaking in English
* Have an excellent communication & presentation skills
* Well organized, mobile, efficient & creative
* Able to work independent & teamwork with pleasant personality and integrity

Responsibility:
1. To organize all aspects of training conduct
2. To design, deliver and evaluation training material & programs
3. Performed as instructor / trainer
4. To asses individuals or groups on work-based training
5. Related administrative work

Report to : HR Manager
Status : Permanent
